Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any World Academy education program, you are required to strictly adhere to the following terms and conditions. These rules are non-negotiable and are enforced to maintain the integrity, quality, and compliance of our academic offerings.
All participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by World Academy and its education programs at all times.
World Academy reserves the right to amend or update any rules as required by the relevant Qualification Body.
Compliance with all rules, regulations, and quality standards as dictated by the accreditation body of World Academy is mandatory.
Candidates are strongly advised to obtain a printed copy of their certificate within one year of the publication of results. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or modification of any content—including materials, books, or video recordings—is strictly prohibited. All materials are the exclusive property of World Academy and may not be distributed without explicit written consent from the authority.
Sharing of user IDs and passwords is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Any violation of these terms or program rules will result in the cancellation of enrolment without refund.
World Academy retains the right to cancel any individual’s enrolment for valid cause at its sole discretion.
Requests for time extensions must be submitted formally to World Academy. Each request will be reviewed and decided upon after due consultation.
World Academy reserves the authority to alter or modify any module, result schedule, or training material as deemed necessary for the program.
Noncompliance with any of the above terms will result in immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the program. World Academy’s decisions are final and binding.
Refund and Fee Adjustment Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2025
World Academy maintains a strict and transparent refund and fee adjustment policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants. By enrolling in any World Academy program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Fees: All deposited fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you notify World Academy in writing within seven (7) days of your enrollment, you may request to adjust your fees toward another program offered by World Academy. If you choose to withdraw completely from all programs, World Academy reserves the right to accept or reject your request for a refund or adjustment at its sole discretion.
Refund Requests: To request a refund, participants must submit a formal written request to info@higher-education.us within seven (7) days of the program start date, clearly stating the reason for the request. Please note that a refund processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
Course Cancellation: In the event that a course is cancelled by World Academy, participants will receive a full refund, which will be processed within thirty (30) days.
Partial Refunds: If a participant has completed up to 10% of the course after enrollment, a partial refund may be issued. Requests made after exceeding 10% course completion, or after receiving a grade of "Pass" or better, will not be eligible for a refund.
Digital Materials: All digital materials, including course content and resources, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded by the participant.
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days. For payments made by credit card, refunds will be credited to the same card within this period.
